Job Description:
Management Information System (MIS)
1. Oversee the comprehensive collection and management of data crucial to facility management services.
2. Manage the maintenance and enhancement of the MIS database ensuring real-time accuracy and relevance
3. Generate insightful reports and provide strategic guidance to inform decision1making at the leadership level.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
1. Collaborate with finance teams to contribute to budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes.
2. Conduct thorough variance analysis and profitability assessments steering informed financial strategies.
3. Ensure the delivery of transparent and insightful financial reports to the leadership team.
Compliance
1. Stay abreast of industry regulations ensuring the organizations billing practices comply with legal requirements.
2. Establish and enforce internal policies to uphold the highest standards of financial governance.
Process Improvement
1. Drive continuous improvement in billing processes leveraging technology solutions to enhance efficiency.
2. Explore and implement cutting-edge MIS tools to elevate data analytics capabilities for strategic decision-making.
