Your role as a Career Transformation Specialist:
- Connect with individuals who are ready for change
- Guide them through a proven process to explore new possibilities

- Run online info sessions interviews and onboarding conversations
- Provide mentorship and support as they transition into new career paths
- Participate in weekly online training and development calls
Youll thrive here if you:
- Have 5 years in HR recruitment coaching or a similar people-focused role
- Are a great communicator who builds trust quickly
- Understand career transition—either through experience or lived it yourself
- Are self-motivated outcome-focused and love helping others grow
- Are comfortable using Zoom LinkedIn and other digital platforms
