Role:
Architect develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native or Flutter for factory operations teams.
Lead a small team of mobile/web developers ensuring modular scalable and maintainable code.
Integrate RESTful APIs and real-time communication (WebSockets) for live process monitoring and control.
Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions Jenkins) for frequent zero-downtime releases.
Mentor and guide developers through code reviews pair programming and technical best practices.
Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive performant user experiences.
Prototype and iterate on MVPs based on customer feedback; phase out or evolve features accordingly.
