Are you a seasoned mobile engineer ready to take the next step Do you want to shape products that make a real impact Were looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer whos eager to take on technical challenges drive architectural decisions and mentor others while building high-quality solutions. Youll be joining our small mobile team in Portugal where your expertise will directly influence our products and how people experience technology.

Inventsys is a Swiss SaaS provider for utility companies in the water electricity and gas sectors. Since 2017 Inventsys has been guiding technical companies and municipalities on their way to digitalized maintenance. With our user-friendly cloud platform and intuitive mobile app our customers save time and resources in the management and maintenance of their systems and networks.
Tasks
- Develop new features for our mobile app adhering to best coding practices and emphasizing clean code principles.
- Maintain and refactor the mobile app to take it to the next level.
- Write unit and integration tests alongside coding to ensure high code reliability and quality.
- Participate in every stage of the application lifecycle from conception to deployment and production monitoring.
- Stay informed about the latest developments and best practices in the mobile ecosystem.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile development.
- Strong knowledge and 3 years of hands-on experience with React Native.
- Understanding of security principles and modern authentication mechanisms.
- Familiarity with offline-first capabilities and various storage technologies.
- Experience working with REST APIs.
- Willingness to work in agile methodologies like Scrum.
- Result-oriented with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (German is a plus)
