Job Description

We are currently recruiting OTR CDL-A Truck Drivers for long-haul over-the-road routes across the U.S. This is a full-time position with competitive mileage pay steady home time 24/7 dispatch support and full health benefits. Ideal candidates are safety-focused professionals with recent CDL-A driving experience who are eager to join a supportive driver-first team. Drivers will handle nationwide freight maintain FMCSA compliance and have opportunities to grow into mentorship or lease-purchase roles.

Job Responsibilities

- Safely operate tractor-trailer over long-distance (OTR) routes

- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections

- Hook/unhook trailers and load/unload freight as needed

- Accurately maintain driving logs BOLs and DOT records

- Adhere to FMCSA Hours-of-Service and safety regulations

- Communicate with dispatch for updates and load coordination

- Navigate through city mountain and adverse driving conditions

- Represent the company professionally at customer locations

Requirements

Minimum 3 months recent verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience OR - 1 year of experience within the last 3 years - CDL school graduates accepted with verified hours - OTR or regional experience required
