Assist in the launch of new products ensuring they meet consumer needs & are successfully launched across multiple markets.
Develop a 360-marketing campaign tool kit (ATL & BTL).
Conduct detailed market research to identify consumer trends competitor activities and opportunities for brand growth. Use data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
Work closely with internal teams such as R&D factory legal finance sales and supply chain to ensure detailed execution of brand initiatives and alignment with business objectives.
Liaise with external agencies to develop assets and campaigns that effectively communicate brand messages with target audience.
Monitor and analyse the performance of innovations & campaigns.
Requirements
2-4 years of overall experience in marketing with 1 year of experience as an Assistant Brand Manager.
.The Cosmetics or FMCG industry is a highly preferred
Experience with Digital brand marketing is a positive.
Strong skills in data analysis working with numbers and insights.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
Technical skills Experience in Microsoft excel (data analysis & pivot tables reporting) and Microsoft PowerPoint (presentations storytelling & visualization).
