As a Program/Project Manager (Product Manager) Vice President within the Compliance Conduct and Operational Risk (CCOR) organization supporting the Integrated Case Management (ICM) Product Office you will play a crucial role in aligning the business needs of compliance professionals with technological case management solutions enabling them to execute workflows designed to safeguard our firm and its customers. In this senior position you will help lead technical documentation and execution for a comprehensive case management system for an expanding range of Corporate Compliance areas including Global Financial Crime Investigations Human Resources Violations Framework Employee Relations and Global Security. In this role you will work with a team of Product Analysts and other Product Managers to understand and document the needs rationale and value of customer requirements ensuring alignment with the overall product objectives and create a meaningful impact. In this role you will collaborate with the Technology and User Experience teams to develop practical solutions for our requirements as well as use your expertise and data-driven insights to focus on creating technology solutions that are scalable repeatable and configurable.

- Translate business and product needs into clear concise and outcome-focused Epics that capture the essence of features or initiatives by crafting rich prologues impact statements and detailed Acceptance Criteria in the Gherkin format (Given When Then).
- Manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously demonstrating exceptional time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Serve as an Area Product Owner directing specific customer initiatives and supervising the Product Analysts responsible for the epics within those initiatives while setting timelines overseeing productivity and offering coaching and feedback as needed.
- Represent the business throughout the Product Lifecycle as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of business requirements workflows and strategic plans while demonstrating the ability to readily and confidently answer specific questions that arise in various product events.
- Perform quality assessments of epics created by Product Analysts ensuring JIRA hygiene and verifying content for accuracy completeness and overall quality and where necessary offering guidance recommendations and tools to Product Analysts to proactively promote and facilitate effective epic documentation hygiene maintenance and technical documentation based on feedback from product events.
- Manage and organize large datasets residing across multiple documents and repositories including Data Dictionaries Role and Skillset matrices Data Sources and Mapping through the use of advanced analytical techniques such as predictive modeling data standardization cleansing and imputation alongside traditional methods like Gap Analysis and Trend Analysis to extract meaningful insights and patterns.
- Engage in and facilitate product events ensuring that JIRA hygiene is maintained to enable effective event planning with Dashboards. Develop a deep understanding of the purpose of each event and come prepared to share updates outcomes and coordinate activities. Work independently and proactively outside of events to address takeaways action items and other next steps driving progress and ensuring that work continues to move forward efficiently.
- Partner effectively with cross-functional teams including Product Management Engineering User Experience and Operations to ensure product development aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
- Create clear compelling dashboards reports and visualizations to translate complex analytical findings into compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences including technical and non-technical stakeholders driving informed decision-making across the organization.
- Leverage the firms Large Language Model (LLM) Suite of tools to discover innovative solutions and optimize workflows with a demonstrated ability to use these tools to automate data processing derive insights and enhance decision-making processes thereby boosting efficiency and fostering innovation within the product team.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the product lifecycle and operating model coordinating efforts across different lifecycle stages to ensure seamless transitions and continuity in product development and management.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- 5 years of experience in a product management role or related field.
- Proficiency in JIRA JPMC LLM Suite Confluence Microsoft Excel Visual Basics/VBA and familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Excellent communication collaboration and problem-solving skills with strong writing abilities in both technical and communications contexts.
