Job Description:
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Material Civil Structural or Subsea Engineering from a recognized university; plus PMP Certification is a Must.
Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in Subsea FPSO/FPU/FLNG managing large scale projects with strong construction engineering background and leadership skills
- Ability to manage projects with complex engineering challenges such as high pressures extreme temperatures and challenging subsea conditions
- Familiarity with offshore operations including logistics safety procedures and environmental considerations.
- Develop comprehensive Project Execution Plan cost estimation budget management including schedules resource allocation and risk management strategies ensuring adherence to the approved budget
- Oversees establishment of Health and Safety Plan Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan Training Plan and other documents as required.
- Manage contracts with suppliers and contractors ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
- Stakeholder management & Reporting: Effectively communicate with and manage relationships with clients contractors vendors and internal regular project status reports to stakeholders highlighting key performance indicators risks and issues.
- Manage the project closeout process including final documentation handover and lessons learned.
