Job Description
The Human Resources Department in Deforest is looking for an individual to fill the role of a Temporary Human Resources Associate. Primary functions for this position include assisting our employment staff with the seasonal hiring process.
This position will be scheduled to work 30 hours per week based on business need and will last approximately through November.
As the Temporary Human Resources Associates your duties will be:
- Answer phones
- Greet Applicants
- Screen applicants and schedule interviews
- Conduct Orientations
- Process paperwork through multiple systems
- Conduct background checks
Qualifications :
- Bilingual skills in Spanish (Verbal and Written)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to use multiple HR Software systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Strong communication skills
- High level of organization
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
