Job Summary:

The Regional Vice President of Small and Mid-Market Sales will lead and scale our small midmarket sales function. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth building and developing a high-performing sales team and aligning midmarket sales strategy with broader organizational goals. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of success in SAAS sales deep experience in managing midmarket segments and a passion for building scalable sales systems. The ideal individual will have a long history of building strong customer relationships coupled with the market know-how to specify strategize and define opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive scale and profitability by appropriately professionalizing Reputations go-to-market strategy and mid-market sales function

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the small and midmarket segment.

  • Own revenue targets pipeline management and forecast accuracy.

  • Drive predictable repeatable sales growth through process optimization and performance management.

  • Hire lead and mentor a high-performing team of sales managers and account executives.

  • Create a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement.

  • Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics to drive individual and team success.

  • Drive sales and work with Marketing to create and execute winning marketing strategies to drive profitable growth

  • Inspire customer success leadership to define and deliver on the customer value proposition without sacrificing firm profitability targets.

  • Maintain a customer-first focused organization

  • Create accountability within the company by developing appropriate metrics and performance expectations for their team

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key midmarket customers.

  • Stay informed on industry trends competitor landscape and customer needs.

  • Consistently demonstrate a passion for Reputations core values


Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in a fast-paced high-growth SaaS software environment.

  • 5 years building scaling and managing SaaS teams

  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills

  • Experience with driving a consultative sales approach

  • Experience with sales strategy planning and execution sales operations account management marketing channel and partner management business planning and sales support management in a global setting

  • Demonstrated financial acumen and a history of decision making based upon business metrics.

  • A track record of achieving and exceeding goals.

  • Smart entrepreneurial profile with strategic vision and a strong bias to execute.

  • Ability to recruit train and motivate top-tier sales and revenue focused talent.

  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to rapidly develop and cultivate relationships with peers partners and key influencers. Facilitates an open exchange of ideas and fosters an atmosphere of open communication.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics

  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to participate in executive sales presentations tradeshows and corporate events.
