Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual to join our IT support team in the clients Kyiv office. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or a final-year student with a passion for technology to gain hands-on experience and grow professionally in the field of IT support.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up new computers networks and software for new employees.
- Providing support to IT staff by answering phones processing paperwork and responding to user requests.
- Installing operating systems and other computer software applications on new computers.
- Supporting the maintenance of existing computer systems including troubleshooting problems with hardware and software.
- Providing technical support for computer hardware and software issues.
Qualifications :
- Desire to develop a career as a Technical Support Engineer.
- Bachelors degree (or final-year student) in IT Computer Science or a related field.
- Basic understanding of hardware software and networking principles.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced IT environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate level of English (written and spoken).
