About Team & About Role:

Rubriks Orchestrated Application Recovery is a fully automated end-to-end solution for disaster/cyber recovery. It enables customers to regularly test and validate their recovery plans for compliance needs and bring their business back quickly in the event of an attack. Combined with Rubriks threat hunting solutions customers get a powerful tool to identify blast radius and select safe points in time for recovery.

As Rubrik continues to expand data protection workloads it is critical for Orchestrated Recovery to keep pace with those workloads and further extend into full stack application recovery.

We are looking for a leader who can harness a team of highly talented and motivated individuals and deliver solutions in this rapidly growing space

In this leadership role you will work closely with senior technical and product leaders to deliver on this promise and expand into full application stack recovery in the cloud. Your team would work on expanding the orchestrated recovery solution to a wide array of cloud data sources and platforms across Azure AWS and GCP. Youd focus on building a strong platform which would enable rapid product delivery.

To be successful in this role youd have to be a mentor to your team be a strong collaborator and work with leaders in other functions. Be a strong advocate for customers and play a lead role in such interactions. Also seek opportunities to create an impact by contributing to solutions for organization-wide challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Build a high-performing team creating a culture of transparency in a fast-paced environment
  • Build and drive the product roadmap to deliver a reliable robust and scalable product
  • Lead and grow a team of passionate and talented engineers and work with engineers across multiple geographies to ensure we deliver results efficiently
  • Provide support and guidance that enables the team to self-organize and to achieve sustained high velocity and predictability
  • Help employees grow through career development coaching and mentoring while guiding senior contributors to maximize their potential.
  • Provide a clear path for progression through personal development plans defining goals perform evaluations and collaborate with employees on their objectives; retain top talent
  • Foster a strong collaborative mindset working closely with your peers in Product Management Architects Program Management etc - to bring diverse viewpoints and goals together
  • Bring a zeal for solving customer problems work closely with Support and cascade the same passion within your team

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field
  • 15 years of industry experience with 5 years in Engineering Management
  • Experience in delivering highly scalable enterprise-quality solutions
  • Experience with delivering solutions on cloud platforms like AWS Azure GCP
  • Experience building and cultivating strong engineering practices and processes
  • Experience working with customers and supporting a large customer base
  • Experience with enterprise data protection is a big plus

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally the role is eligible for bonus potential equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
US Pay Range
$210500$315800 USD
