This role provides centralized technical support and asset management services across multiple agencies ensuring consistent hardware software and security standards. The position requires hands-on troubleshooting imaging and coordination of IT initiatives along with documentation and collaboration with technical teams.
Duties:Coordinate communicate and document progress on IT initiatives and projects
Provide Level 2 technical support for desktops laptops tablets peripherals and software
Administer network security by managing user accounts passwords and system updates
Support and maintain hardware/software installation standards across multiple agencies
Collaborate with IT staff to understand broader support functions and service delivery
Schedule and coordinate IT asset replacements upgrades and enhancements
Document and manage processes for IT asset installations relocations and changes
Respond to Service Desk tickets related to IT asset management and technical issues
Reconcile ServiceNow updates with physical inventory reports from the field
Troubleshoot and resolve complex PC hardware software and peripheral issues
Utilize ServiceNow and SCCM to manage track and report on assets and incidents
Create technical and end-user documentation for IT processes and tools
Image and configure desktops and laptops including SCCM and Active Directory setup
Verify device drivers test images and perform manual BIOS changes as needed
Maintain and update documentation for the imaging process
Support and troubleshoot video conferencing platforms and conference room setups
1 year of experience in System Administration
4-year college degree or equivalent
Ability to pass a background check
