To be successful in this role you will possess:
35 years experience in technical support or managed services
Strong customer-first mindset with proactive problem-solving skills
Solid knowledge of security networking and systems adminespecially Fortinet products
Expertise in BGP OSPF SASE and remote access solutions
Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
Passion for learning adapting to new technologies and mentoring others
Comfortable working in a fast-paced collaborative environment
How will you support our Why
Act as an escalation point for the Enterprise Network & Security Services team mentoring and guiding technical staff
Deliver advanced network and security solutions collaborating with Product Technology Engineering and Security teams
Monitor and manage customer network services to meet performance reliability and security standards
Investigate issues and respond to service requests within defined SLAs
Contribute to customer reports with performance insights and technical commentary
Maintain clear documentation of managed customer solutions
Work closely with internal teams to support customer outcomes and ensure a seamless experience
Lead the design and delivery of complex network changes for enterprise government and wholesale clients
Build strong internal and external relationships ensuring data and case notes are up to date
Identify and implement improvements to customer solutions through system updates automation and policy changes
Support team development through coaching and training
Stay current with industry trends and maintain certifications through ongoing learning
