Responsibilities

  • A customer service representative may serve as the primary point of contact for customers providing a warm and friendly welcome both in person and over the phone.

  • Listen attentively to customers concerns questions and requests demonstrating empathy and understanding at all times.

  • Effectively communicate with customers to gather detailed information about their vehicle and the specific service required retain customer loyalty.

  • Provide accurate estimates and quotes for auto-body repairs ensuring transparency and clarity in all interactions.

  • Work with multiple people on customer service teams or a customer service team.

  • Schedule appointments for customers and coordinate with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.

  • A good customer service representative will assist customers with insurance claims working closely with insurance providers to ensure a seamless process.

  • Making customer inquiries and keeping customers informed about the progress of their vehicle repairs providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly receiving customer feedback handling customer accounts and customer questions.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and diplomatic manner aiming for swift resolutions and maintaining customer satisfaction to provide excellent customer service experience maintain high customer satisfaction.

  • Customer service representatives will maintain organized and detailed records of customer interactions service requests and repair orders.

  • Collaborate with the auto-body technicians and other team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
