Product Owner
- Compliance with the agreed customer service agreement (according to contract)
- Supports during service and/or tool implementation
- Operational contact for customer (external customer communication regarding technical service aspects)
- Responsible for continuous process improvements
- Analyze and derive actions from quality checks
- Coordinates and/or process technical initial trainings (knowledge transfer to Solution Experts)
People Manager
- Motivates leads and develops Solution Experts
- Initiates monthly Performance and Development Dialogue with each Solution Expert
- Analyze and derives actions from quality checks
- Supports in conflict and change management (if necessary)
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in any related course
- Must have a good understanding of a services business in a customer service and technical background
- At least 3 years experience in a Team Leader position
- Demonstrated Leadership abilities
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory
- Must be customer service oriented and believe in teamwork collaboration adaptability and Initiative
- Experience in coaching and staff development is mandatory
- Amenable to work on shifting schedules and 100% onsite
