Participate in the monitoring tracking and management of data quality incidents and requests ensuring timely and effective responses.
Assist in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation of data quality issues resolutions and best practices for reference and training.
Support the Data Quality Service Desk Lead in managing and escalating complex data quality issues to the relevant teams ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
Assist in tracking and reporting on data quality incidents and metrics to ensure transparency and accountability.
Excel Basic understanding of SQL.
Good communication and Aptitude.
