The Faculty of Engineering has an opportunity for a Country Impact Coordinator Societal Impact and Partnerships. This key role supports UNSW Engineerings societal impact strategy by coordinating the delivery of multi-country initiatives across Southeast Asia and Oceania. It ensures that project activities align with local priorities the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) UNSWs Societal Impact Framework and national development plans. The role involves close collaboration with partners and in-country teams to support inclusive project design monitor progress against impact indicators and promote adaptive learning and sustainability.
In this role you will help operationalise key relationships with governments universities and community organisations ensuring strong trust-based collaboration throughout implementation. You will also contribute to monitoring and evaluation activities by supporting data collection analysis and reporting to track progress inform decision-making and communicate impact. This position plays a critical role in advancing regionally grounded community-informed initiatives that deliver measurable lasting outcomes.
This role reports to Senior Manager Societal Impact and Partnerships supporting the Engineering Faculty Deans Unit/Societal Impact and Translation team. The position has no direct reports.
