Tasks

Your Role in this Mission:

As a Career Growth and Empowerment Consultant youll be at the forefront of leadership that inspires work/life balance advanced business growth and cutting edge team culture. You will be engaging in meaningful conversations with purpose driven individuals who are ready for personal / professional growth and an elevated state of well-being. You will share about our world-class personal development programs and success education platforms. You will build authentic relationships through outreach and community engagement. Requirements

Professional Background

• 3-4 years experience in wellness education sales human resources entrepreneurship consulting or related fields is a plus.
• Open to both seasoned professionals and those transitioning from other careers into purpose-driven work

Communication & Influence

• Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable engaging in authentic conversations with individuals one-on-one or in group settings
• Able to share stories content or ideas that inspire and resonate with others
• Ability to mentor others in reaching their goals and higher levels of success

Tech & Business Acumen

• Basic digital fluency (familiarity with Zoom email social media CRM platforms etc.)
• Comfortable using online tools and platforms to connect share and market
• Willingness to be trained and coachable in this global training system

Work Style & Leadership

• Self motivated and strong professional focus you manage your own time and productivity
• Willing to learn grow and receive mentorship while also leading others
• Ability to follow a proven process while bringing your unique voice and style
