The Manager FP&A will work as a strategic business partner to support key Canadian Service Lines in driving growth and ensuring compliance with established financial reporting guidelines and accounting policies including but not limited to analytics budgeting forecasting expense and cash management. The position requires a person with proven analytical and multi-tasking skills who can communicate across the organization working closely with Business Leaders FP&A teams and Controllership group.
The role also requires an individual with a high degree of autonomy and solid financial acumen. Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize input from multiple sources are a must. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter who is comfortable working in a changing environment with an extensive analytical background problem-solving skills and experience driving results. This role reports to the Chief Financial Officer Canada and is based in Toronto. Ipsos Canada follows a hybrid workplace model.
Duration: This is a 14-month full-time contract with the ability to extend or become permanent.
