Job Description
Job Title: Property Management Lawn Care (Part-time/Temporary)
Reporting Relationship: Director of Property Management
Unit: IWU-Marion
Department: House Rentals-IWU Marion
Campus Location: Maintenance Building Marion IN
Duties and Responsibilities
- Mow and trim rental properties as assigned by the Director of Property Management
- Ensure safety of surrounding areas
- Maintain equipment utilized for mowing and trimming
Qualifications:According to Indiana Wesleyan University employment policy all employees must possess a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED
Experience
- Mowing and trimming experience
