The Royal Commission into Victorias Mental Health System called for bold reform not just incremental change. The Greater Geelong and Borough of Queenscliff (GGQ) Local Mental Health and Wellbeing Service is a direct response to that call aiming to transform how care is delivered in a region historically marked by fragmentation and access barriers.
As Team Leader youll play a vital role in bringing this vision to life. Working across a unique partnership between Barwon Health Wathaurong Aboriginal Co-operative Ltd Wellways Australia and ERMHA365 youll lead a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality culturally safe and trauma-informed care. Your leadership will guide day-to-day operations staff supervision and participant engagement ensuring services are connected inclusive and grounded in hope.
