Job Description

Weare looking for a Pricing Specialist to work a hybrid schedule near one of our distribution facilities in Zeeland MI Amherst NH Allentown PA Channahon IL or Dallas TX. This person will be responsible for maintaining and managing pricing changes while generating standard and unique reports for all NOVOs business units for the Pro Dealer customer channel. Must maintain a high service level with internal customers by effectively managing priorities and timely response.

Salary for this position ranges from $50000 to $65000 *depending on location and experience*

Essential Responsibilities

  • Responsible for pricing for all local regional and national term contracts
  • Coordinate and ensure contract pricing compliance with all business units
  • Daily review and coordination of report management with internal customers
  • Ensure pricing is accurate and distribute to all appropriate internal customer &/or business units in a timely fashion
  • Identify internal customer needs/requests and satisfy them profitably
  • Update and maintain all customer bids where appropriate
  • Complete all pricing change requests submitted through the Service Desk Request (SDR) system on a prioritized and as needed basis
  • Execute unified General &/or Specific Product price increases for all external customers per contracted price protection schedule (as applicable)
  • Responsible for new Customer Account and Item set up per NOVOs guidelines
  • Clarify any pricing inquiries or discrepancies as they arise and adjust in a timely manner to avoid further issues
  • Generate and distribute all pricing related reports and other information such as Price Books Price Lists Sales Order Forms Future Costs Reports etc. etc. as outlined to internal customers

Basic Qualifications (Required)

  • Bachelors degree and/or 3 to 4 years prior experience in a sales or analytical role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite: Word Outlook PowerPoint and prior experience with a fully integrated ERP system
  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel a requirement
  • High-level math skills and the ability to translate mathematical information into concise reports
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude

Travel Requirements

  • Willingness and ability to travel on a limited basis as the position requires.
