Job Summary
Supervises and administers IT service management system for a large school system.
Essential Functions
and trains assigned staff conducts performance appraisals makes employment and discipline recommendations and coordinates work assignments.
the daily management of the District ITSM system.
maintenance of the ITSM system including software and servers is performed as required.
develops and implements changes and upgrades to the District ITSM system.
and proactively responds to potential complex hardware software and network problems.
servers related to the District ITSM system.
other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university preferred or equivalent work experience.
Experience: Three (3) years of experience in computer technology or other computerized management systems.
Certifications & Licenses: Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert certification (MCSE) preferred.
