Building Repairs Surveyor
Role Title:Building Repairs Surveyor
Hours: 35 hours per week Monday-Friday
Salary: 42948 - 53685 per annum plus a Car Allowance of 2329 per annum (salary offered dependent on experience)
Contract: Permanent
We are excited to be recruiting for two Building Repairs Surveyor to join our Property Services team! This is a role where youll get to directly apply your skills in order to support our customers and communities. If this sounds of interest to you then wed love to hear from you!
Whilst our Head Office is based in Dartford Kent we are recruiting for Surveyors to cover specific regions. One vacancy will predominantly work in Essex and the other will cover from Gravesend Kent up to Greenwich and everything in between. Please state your preference on our pre-selection application questions on which patch is of interest to you.
We are avid supporters of agile working and you will be provided with all IT equipment in order to work flexibly between your home and our offices. The successful applicant will be expected to attend out Dartford office once a week.
What were looking for
We are looking for someone to carry out inspections relating to repairs damp & mould disrepair and post inspections on our empty homes. You will ensure that partnering contractors consultants and partner agencies achieve high quality work across all repairs contracts to compliance standards specification schedule and cost.
