Job Description
Role: Digital Marketing Lead
Location: Coimbatore
Experience: 7 -12 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEO SEM social media email SMS and display advertising.
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads Meta etc. to increase ROAS.
- Collaborate with creative and product teams to create high-performing content for web and social platforms.
- Monitor and improve local SEO for each store location and manage Google Business Profiles.
- Manage the companies social media presence including content planning community engagement and paid campaigns.
- Analyze web traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics Meta Business Suite and CRM data.
- Implement marketing automation workflows (email/SMS) for engagement retention and reactivation.
- Coordinate digital efforts for in-store promotions new store openings and seasonal campaigns.
- Assist with managing the e-commerce platform to improve user experience and conversion rate.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 7 years of experience in B2B marketing preferably in industry e.g. e-commerce Retail .
- Proven success in driving customer acquisition and retention via digital channels.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing social media strategy and CRM tools.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics Meta Ads Manager or similar.
