Job Summary
Are you ready to take the next big step in your automotive industry career Our high-volume automotive dealership is seeking a full-time Automotive General Manager to oversee and motivate our talented team of professionals.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a track record of successful management positions with at least five years of experience in Auto repair and a strong desire to succeed with integrity.

You will oversee daily operations and assist sales and service writers in setting big but realistic goals. We offer a competitive base salary and financial incentives. If you have management experience and excellent communication skills apply today!
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations remedy customer complaints promptly and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met
  • Train Assistant managers and Automotive technicians in repairs and daily operations.
  • Assist with the creation of affordable advertising campaigns and programs to increase sales and brand visibility.
  • Attend manager meetings and establish good working relationships with owners managers and other staff.
  • Implement growth strategies that align with Meinekes objectives by carefully assessing profit and loss while maintaining vehicle repairs that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Learn and uphold all local state and federal regulations impacting the shop.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree is preferred but not required; a high school diploma or GED equivalent needed
  • Five or more years of experience in automotive diagnostic and repair.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and trends
  • Possess a state-issued valid drivers license
  • Strong communication skills; a track record of leadership.

Compensation: $60000.00 per year
