- Oversee daily operations remedy customer complaints promptly and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met
- Train Assistant managers and Automotive technicians in repairs and daily operations.
- Assist with the creation of affordable advertising campaigns and programs to increase sales and brand visibility.
- Attend manager meetings and establish good working relationships with owners managers and other staff.
- Implement growth strategies that align with Meinekes objectives by carefully assessing profit and loss while maintaining vehicle repairs that meet the needs of our customers.
- Learn and uphold all local state and federal regulations impacting the shop.
- Bachelors degree is preferred but not required; a high school diploma or GED equivalent needed
- Five or more years of experience in automotive diagnostic and repair.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and trends
- Possess a state-issued valid drivers license
- Strong communication skills; a track record of leadership.
