Compensation: Hourly Plus Commission: Starting Range: $40000-$60000/year

Position Overview
Were hiring a Marketing & Brand Strategist / Sales Assistant to take the lead on digital marketing efforts and support our sales department. Youll help shape our brand generate leads and ensure a smooth customer experience from first contact to appointment.

Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Strategy
Take full control of our social media accountscreate schedule and manage content
Develop marketing and branding strategies (with managements input and approval)
Launch lead-generation campaigns and report on their performance and statistics
Design promotional materials for online and in-store use
Help evolve the brands voice visual identity and online presence
Sales Support
Develop database leads
Respond to and follow up with incoming leads
Book appointments for the sales team and maintain a smooth schedule
Answer phones emails and messages with professionalism and warmth

Represent our dealership brand through every interaction
Who Were Looking For
Recent graduates in Marketing Communications or related fields are encouraged to apply
Prior experience in marketing customer service or sales is a plus
Tech-savvy and familiar with digital platforms social media tools and CRM systems
Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
A customer-first attitudeyoull be speaking directly with our clientele regularly
Knowledge of vehicles is an asset but not a requirement
A portfolio (past marketing work school projects or creative mock-ups accepted) is considered an asset and knowledge of META / Business Suite TikTok Instagram and other social media platforms
