What Youll Do:
Were hiring for a variety of hands-on maintenance roles that help keep our apartment communities in top shape. Depending on the position responsibilities may include:
- Make-ready work to prepare apartments for new residents
- Painting drywall and carpentry repairs
- Plumbing electrical and appliance maintenance
- Glass replacement and hardware repairs (doors shelves faucets etc.)
- Responding to resident service requests in a timely professional manner
- Inventory and care of property-owned tools and supplies
- Groundskeeping and common area upkeep
- Participation in a rotating on-call schedule (including some nights/weekends)
