ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Technical Support Specialist youll be our go-to Subject Matter Expert (SME) tackling high-impact complex technical issues and guiding internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience. Youll manage escalated support cases mentor support staff and collaborate closely with Engineering and DevOps to drive product improvements and enhance system performance.
This is a collaborative hands-on role for someone who thrives on solving tough problems coaching others and making meaningful contributions to technical strategy and support delivery.
