Wilson College is looking for an enthusiastic motivated and committed individual to become part of our athletics staff as a part-time Assistant Womens Volleyball Coach.
In this role you will support the Head Coach in all aspects of running a successful womens volleyball program. This includes ensuring compliance with Wilson College United East Conference and NCAA Division III rules and regulations.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Assisting with the recruitment of academically and athletically talented student-athletes
Mentoring and supporting student-athlete development on and off the court
Helping to design and implement effective practice plans and game strategies
Supporting administrative tasks and fiscal management related to the volleyball program
The ideal candidate will bring energy a passion for collegiate athletics and a strong dedication to building a supportive inclusive and high-performing team environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required
Playing and/or coaching experience required preferably at the collegiate level
Valid drivers license and background check clearance required
