As our Growth Manager you will be an integral part in realizing Vlabs growth ambition and implement scalable strategies to optimize our sales and marketing efforts. Acting as a key liaison between our sales & marketing team and our partners you will play a crucial role in enhancing our market presence and revenue operations.
Beyond driving internal success you will also support our venture and business-building projects ensuring scalable sales and marketing structures for startups and corporate ventures.
Tasks
Sales & Marketing Optimization:
- Enhance and streamline sales processes our CRM analytics and accountability frameworks.
- Analyze sales marketing activities and our CRM to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop revenue operations (RevOps) strategies to scale sales efforts.
- Establish a predictable sales funnel for long-term success.
Marketing & Brand Growth:
- Launch and refine marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and reach.
- Oversee and coordinate marketing activities to ensure maximum impact.
Venture & Business Building Support:
- Provide strategic guidance on sales scaling for corporate ventures.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing structures in venture projects.
- Support business-building initiatives by ensuring scalable revenue operations.
Relationship & Team Management:
- Act as a key point of contact for partners and other stakeholders.
- Plan and lead sales and outreach meetings to align efforts across teams.
- Guide and coordinate internal teams including sales and marketing.
- Lead support and develop team membersfostering growth ownership and collaboration.
- Provide coaching and regular feedback to help individuals reach their potential.
Requirements
- 5 years experience in sales operations marketing strategy or revenue growth roles ideally in an agency consultancy or digital service provider.
- Ambition in leading small teams and experience in internal stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to implement scalable sales and marketing processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent German and English language skills knowledge of a third language is advantageous

Our minimum salary for this position is a yearly gross salary of EUR 50.00000 based on full-time employment. Of course there is a willingness to pay more depending on your qualifications and experience.
