Job Title: MEP Engineer
Location: Goregaon Mumbai Salary: 900000 per annum Department: Engineering / Facility Management Reporting To: Chief Engineer / Facility Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced MEP Engineer to manage the mechanical electrical and plumbing systems of a commercial facility in Goregaon. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient maintenance troubleshoot system issues and oversee vendors and contractors to uphold the operational integrity of the property.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of all MEP systems (HVAC electrical plumbing fire-fighting BMS etc.).
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns. Coordinate with service providers monitor AMC performance and ensure SLAs are
met. Respond to technical emergencies and ensure timely resolution. Review technical designs and assist in new installations or modifications. Ensure compliance with safety energy efficiency and statutory regulations. Maintain maintenance logs reports and statutory documentation. Collaborate with facility management teams to support smooth building operations.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Electrical or related engineering field. 5–8 years of hands-on experience in MEP operations within commercial or high-rise
buildings. Strong understanding of HVAC electrical panels pumps fire systems and plumbing
networks. Ability to troubleshoot supervise technical staff and manage multiple vendors. Good documentation reporting and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in Grade-A commercial properties or corporate offices. Knowledge of BMS (Building Management Systems) and energy conservation
practices. Certifications in safety electrical licensing or fire compliance are a plus.
