Job Description
As an SDR in this exciting medical device distribution startup you ll be at the forefront of connecting innovative healthcare solutions with medical practices nationwide. Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic outreach to medical practices through cold emails and messaging portals
- Research and identify potential doctor clients across various geographical regions and specialties
- Craft compelling initial pitches to generate interest in our cutting-edge medical device product lines
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Utilize our established system to efficiently connect with thousands of clinics
- Maintain detailed records of all outreach activities and lead statuses in our CRM
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
- Adapt outreach strategies based on performance metrics and feedback
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven experience in cold emailing and lead generation preferably in a B2B healthcare setting
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
- Basic understanding of the healthcare industry and medical terminology
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
- Exceptional internet research abilities for identifying and qualifying potential clients
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic startup environment
