We are seeking a driven results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new home sales meeting set revenue targets and managing the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing. This role requires a high level of energy customer focus and sales excellence.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Drive home sales by converting prospective leads into paying customers.
- Work towards achieving monthly and annual revenue and sales targets.
Lead Management & Conversion:
- Generate a steady pipeline of qualified sales leads through prospecting and networking.
- Prepare and issue offer letters to interested buyers.
- Follow up with prospects to secure signed offer letters and deposit payments.
Planning & Activation:
- Develop and implement weekly sales strategies including targeted outreach and activation events.
- Collaborate with the marketing and partnerships team to enhance lead conversion.
Documentation & Process Management:
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all documentation required for successful sales closure.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transaction status.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Sales & Marketing Business Administration Commerce or a related field with a minimum of Second-Class Upper Division.
- KCSE with a minimum grade of B.
