Job Description
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team in San Antonio. This position plays a vital role in ensuring clear consistent and effective communication within our organization and with external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting communication strategies coordinating content creation and maintaining brand voice across various platforms.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies
Draft edit and proofread content for newsletters press releases presentations and company documents
Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of information
Maintain and update communication materials including style guides and templates
Organize and support internal events and corporate announcements
Track and report communication metrics and outcomes
Ensure alignment with company branding and messaging
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field
2 years of experience in a communications or coordination role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content management tools
