You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Scheduling Coordinator will efficiently schedule appointments for service technicians under the direction provided by the corporate office and district management and professionally communicate/coordinate appointment information with Cooks customers.
Specific Duties Include:
Schedule service treatment/inspection appointments for current or new customers to be performed by service technicians.
Use company tools/resources to route appointments in the most time-efficient manner possible.
Communicate with customers professionally make every effort to accommodate their needs and express appreciation whenever appropriate.
Work with district employees and customers to resolve scheduling conflicts if they occur.
Provide customers with general product/service information and perform general accounting functions on behalf of a customer such as taking payments answering billing questions etc.
Communicate professionally and constructively with various staff members in the district offices and home (corporate) office.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company policies practices procedures and terminologies.
Recommend process improvements to corporate management.
Other duties as assigned.
Saturdays and evening work may be required at times.
