Job Description

This Role

Youll be part of the team that keeps our hiring engine running. From sourcing to onboarding youll work closely with our hiring managers to find the right people for the right roles. Youll manage interviews track progress and help make sure candidates have a smooth and respectful experience all throughout. Whether its filling high-volume roles or finding that one niche profilewell count on you to get it done with quality and speed.

Youll also play a key part in making sure our recruitment process stays consistent collaborative and aligned with our business goals.

What you will do:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements
  • Source candidates through job boards referrals networks and direct outreach
  • Conduct initial interviews and endorse qualified candidates to hiring teams
  • Coordinate interview schedules debriefs and candidate feedback
  • Keep systems and trackers up to date for visibility and reporting
  • Support onboarding coordination and ensure handoff to HR and operations is smooth
  • Join team projects as neededevents process reviews and recruitment days

Qualifications :

About you:

  • A degree in HR Psychology Business or a related field
  • At least 2 to 3 years in recruitmentagency or in-house either works
  • Youre confident using ATS job boards and sourcing tools
  • Great written and verbal communication
  • You understand recruitment is both numbers and peopleand can balance both
