The Role:
Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for driving successful talent outcomes using advanced sourcing techniques. This role will have apro-active focus developingtalent pipelinesfor a variety of roles.
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join the People and Culture team. Partnering with internal and external key stakeholders you will ensure recruitment is aligned to Doutta Galla Aged Services business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing screening selection reference checks and onboarding to ensure top talent is placed in our business
- Partner with internal client groups to align recruitment activity with business priorities and forecasts
- Work with the hiring managers to understand role requirements and recommend plans and strategies for sourcing developing talent pipelines and selection activities
- Develop and implement cost effective and innovative recruitment strategies
- Undertake administrative accountabilities including writing job advertisements and conducting reference checks
- Track assess and report on recruitment trends and key metrics including regular evaluation of our talent pool
- Business partnering with hiring managers to ensure a fair consistent and thorough hiring process and providing recruitment expertise in relation to sourcing strategies interview processes and selection
- Solid experience across operational recruitment activitiesincluding screening candidates shortlisting briefing agencies advertising talent mapping and proficient in using other talent search functionalities
As the successful candidate you will have the following experience and skills:
- Experience within a recruitment function in the healthcare sector including Aged Care (preferred)
- Tertiary qualified in Human Resource Management/Business Studies (preferred)
- Ability to build working relationships with stakeholders and colleagues and provide advice and guidance in hiring decisions and sourcing strategies
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities
- Exceptional communications skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft applications (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Team playerethos with ahigh level of discretion integrity and commitment
