Job Description
The Senior Finance Analyst - FP&A Effectiveness supports and enhances the financial planning analysis and performance management of the Endeavour Group. The role will be part of a team focused on delivering financial commercial and strategic insights to assist the financial management and decision making of the Executive team and Board.
This role will play a pivotal role in the performance management cadence including reporting of monthly results critically analysing financial and non-financial metrics to deliver actionable insights to the leadership team. In other words this role has the opportunity to step beyond the What - to the So What and Now What. This will include liaison with key stakeholders throughout the business to generate insights on business performance and key risks / opportunities for the Group.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role
- The role supports continuous improvement initiatives for the team and across Finance. This may include improvements to systems tools and ways of working.
- In addition the role will contribute to the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting / strategic planning processes particularly for centrally managed functions.
- To deliver this the successful applicant will need strong experience in analysis reporting and financial modelling and solid communication skills. This role will partner with the Business Unit Finance teams and various Corporate Finance teams. . This role will also be a key contributor to the data driven insights and finance transformation of the Endeavour Group.
- This is a fantastic role for a finance professional who is passionate and curious about commercial insights and analytics and who is experienced in implementing new ways of working in Finance.
- Management of the month-end results and forecasting processes including the evaluation of Group risks and opportunities
- Proactively drive process improvement and new system implementation projects for FP&A.
- Provide commercial and financial insight on results through timely and insightful Board Exco and other leadership level reports
- Support the consolidation analysis and reporting of the Group result
- Drive consistency in data sources and reporting formats across the Group
- Play a lead role in the annual budget and 3 year Strategic planning processes particularly at a Group level
Qualifications :
Now lets talk about you
- Minimum 5 years finance and accounting
- CA/ CIMA/ CPA qualification
- Solid group stakeholder management experience
- P&L analysis experience
- Project management / Finance change / transformation
- Business or commerce-based degree
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Curiosity in the investigation of potential insights
- Strong accounting process knowledge and skills
- Sound written and verbal communication and influencing skills
- Exceptional Project management
