Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Business and Projects administrator to join our team supporting the day-to-day operations and projects of the Melbourne office on a part-time basis (minimum 3 days a week). You will play a crucial role in providing administrative and project support to the team. This diverse role offers a fantastic opportunity to enhance your personal and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive project support services to the project teams to ensure efficient and effective project control and management.
  • Offer professional confidential and timely administrative support.
  • Provide office support including office supplies procurement financial administration diary management travel arrangements and event management.
  • Assist with the tendering process and the preparation of marketing collateral.
  • Ensure delegated tasks are completed within the allocated time and budget.
  • Ensure routine office functions including quality assurance monthly management reporting and health and safety requirements are achieved.
  • On an ad hoc basis provide support to Narre Warren team (requires travel).

Qualifications :

To be successful in this opportunity you will ideally have demonstrated experience in a similar role and are able to commit to a minimum of 3 days a week for this part-time opportunity. In addition you will also have:

  • Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia
  • Current full Victorian Drivers License
  • Willingness to travel on an ad hoc basis to the Narre Warren office to provide support as needed.
  • Experience in an office administration role.
  • Experience supporting technical projects.  
  • Experience in management support.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Publisher).
  • Advanced diary management planning and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
