Job Description
What will you be doing
Were looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of a complex and technically demanding nuclear engineering programme. Youll lead the coordination and planning of multidisciplinary teams driving Agile delivery risk mitigation and stakeholder engagement across a fast-paced environment.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Leading sprint planning and Agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of engineering milestones
- Supporting the development and maintenance of technical project plans alongside dedicated planners
- Interfacing closely with engineering leads to align plans with Control & Instrumentation (C&I) activities
- Driving continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma (preferably Black Belt) methodologies
- Managing programme risks dependencies and resource forecasting
- Reporting progress to senior stakeholders through structured updates and dashboards
Who are we looking for
- Proven project management experience in highly regulated sectors (nuclear defence aerospace etc.)
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery sprint cycles and technical planning
- Familiarity with or experience in Control & Instrumentation (C&I)
- Ability to work effectively with project planners engineers and senior stakeholders

Qualifications :
Experience skills and qualifications required:
- Degree in Engineering Project Management or a related technical field
- Project Management certification (APM PMQ Prince2 PMP or Agile PM)
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent experience) highly desirable
- Experience applying Lean / Six Sigma techniques (Black Belt preferred)
