Assume full country-level responsibility for PT activities stakeholder management and budget oversight
Lead build and coach a high-performing sales team while fostering a strong performance culture
Set and implement high-efficiency sales standards to ensure systematic go-to-market excellence
Monitor KPIs sales targets and customer touchpoints to enhance shopper experience and retail success
Drive talent development pricing strategy digital transformation and cross-BU efficiency
Collaborate closely with regional and global teams to align sales strategy and share best practices
Act as an escalation point for national customers and collaborate with channel directors on key topics
Qualifications :
Academic background in economics or business (Masters degree or equivalent preferred)
Fluent English speaker (native level required)
Deep understanding of the local market and cultural fit
Over 5 years of leadership experience and 10 years in sales roles (depending on country maturity)
Proven ability to steer sales strategies implement pricing models and manage large teams and budgets
Strong stakeholder management conceptual thinking and customer focus
