What youll do

  • Working closely with our Director of Sales you will actively win over new business and manage key relationships while working towards segment revenue goals and KPIs.
  • Youll be responsible for developing and growing key accounts within the following market segments: MICE Corporate Entertainment and Sports
  • Youll be preparing and executing creative sales strategies to source drive and grow our revenues from your Managed Accounts.
  • Youll be generating new business through market research and liaising closely with ACCOR and the Hoxton Global Sales Team
  • Well look to you to build up Account Management Plans making sure youre in the know on the latest market news and competitor insights too.
  • Youll be organising show rounds HOX sleepovers and familiarisation trips to maximise The Hoxtons exposure amongst Key Decision Makers 
  • Complete all other duties tasks and projects as assigned by the Director of Sales.
  • Were looking for someone with high energy and a buzzy personality ready to represent The Hoxton brand at industry tradeshows  networking events Sales calls & trips.
  • Cross-sell The Hoxton and Ennismore properties globally to maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new group business opportunities in corporate social and event segments.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with group clients including event planners corporate clients and associations.
  • Conduct sales presentations site inspections and client meetings to promote the propertys group facilities and services.
  • Analyze Corporate & Group sales data and market trends to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies procedures and brand standards.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
