- Allocate and organise daily room assignments and team responsibilities
- Perform detailed room inspections to ensure brand excellence is upheld
- Support roster planning and operational efficiency
- Coach mentor and train Housekeeping team members in line with brand standards
- Respond to guest requests feedback and solve problems with grace and urgency
- Ensure rooms are released in a timely manner to meet check-in targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Front Office and Engineering to support a seamless guest experience
Qualifications :
What you will bring to the role:
- Experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor role (luxury or upscale hotel background is ideal)
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Meticulous eye for detail and standards of cleanliness
- Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication - written verbal and interpersonal
- A proactive and guest-first mindset
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster across mornings and evenings weekdays and weekends
