We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Reservations Supervisor to join our team in Baghdad Iraq. As a key member of our hospitality management team you will oversee the daily operations of our reservation department ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maximizing revenue through efficient booking processes.
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the reservation department
- Train mentor and lead a team of reservation agents to maintain high service standards
- Implement and monitor reservation policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Analyze booking trends and occupancy rates to optimize revenue and pricing strategies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handle complex reservation inquiries and resolve guest issues promptly
- Generate and analyze reports on reservation performance and key metrics
- Stay updated on local and international hospitality trends to maintain a competitive edge
- Ensure compliance with Iraqi hospitality regulations and standards
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve overall hotel operations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase bookings and customer satisfaction
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in hotel reservations with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role
- In-depth understanding of hotel operations and reservation management systems
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Proficient in data analysis and report generation
- Ability to make quick informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-centric approach with a commitment to guest satisfaction
- Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills highly preferred
- Knowledge of local hospitality market trends in Baghdad and Iraq
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
