Summary/Objective
Reporting to the Vice President of Member Engagement the Member Engagement Specialist is responsible for a subset of ELITE members primarily those referred by strategic partners such as Cain Watters & Associates (CWA). This individual is responsible for high-touch member engagement including participating in financial planning consultations guiding new members through onboarding driving vendor utilization and tracking long-term value realization.
Acting as a trusted advisor this role bridges strategy and service: ensuring that referred members receive not only an exceptional onboarding experience but also sustained follow-through consistent value delivery and personalized vendor support based on their unique financial and practice goals.

Responsibilities & Duties
Attend and support CWA consultations acting as the ELITE liaison to communicate value and benefits in alignment with the doctors financial goals.
Document consultation outcomes track follow-ups and coordinate with internal teams to drive timely high-impact support.
Maintain regular communication with assigned CWA planners ensuring mutual visibility into member status vendor connections and open loops.
Track performance of partner-referred members and surface trends wins or gaps in communication or process.
Manage onboarding of CWA-referred members ensuring personalized walkthroughs of ELITE benefits platform access and vendor selection.
Monitor member engagement throughout the year proactively recommending vendor connections based on the members practice stage and evolving needs.
Track vendor utilization and member feedback to identify opportunities for deeper engagement or corrective action.
Ensure all activity is logged in HubSpot including consult attendance onboarding status vendor connections call notes and tasks.
Maintain alignment with the internal Member Advocate and Member Services teams for seamless handoffs and support.
Provide feedback on onboarding trends objections or opportunities to improve scripting and processes.
Identify and recommend improvements to workflows communications or handoffs that would benefit partner-integrated members.

Education & Experience
:
High school diploma or GED required
2 years in account management sales client success or consultative roles
Must be able to learn other accounting software systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to use professional judgment and problem-solving skills to make reasonable decisions and recommendations
Ability to exhibit patience while working under stress and pressure
Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter
Ability to be a forward thinker and generate ideas and suggestions for process improvement
Excellent organizational and communication (both verbal and written) skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers and vendors to resolve concerns
Preferred:
Bachelors degree in a business-related field
2 years of consultative experience in the dental industry
1 years of dental or healthcare experience
Experience with CRM systems specifically HubSpot
Travel
Some travel is required to attend annual company meetings and industry events.
Work Environment
This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
This is a largely sedentary role; however some filing may be required. This would require the ability to lift files open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
Position Type & Expected Hours of Work
This is a full time exempt position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some flexibility in hours is allowed based on managements approval.
