Job Description
Job Title: Virtual Assistant Email Automation Specialist (WellnessLiving)

Location: Remote (supporting a U.S.-based client)
About Us
Seamless Assist provides fitness health and wellness businesses with skilled virtual assistants who deliver measurable results. We are seeking an Email Automation Specialist VA to support a client using WellnessLiving (a Mindbody alternative) for scheduling client management and marketing.
Key Responsibilities

Build manage and optimize automated email campaigns in WellnessLiving.

Configure triggers and rules based on client activity (e.g. bookings cancellations inactivity).

Create and edit email templates.

Segment client lists for precise targeting.

Monitor performance run A/B tests and recommend improvements.

Leverage integrations (Zapier Mailchimp Reserve with Google) as needed.

Collaborate with clients management team on promotions and events.

Provide weekly reports on campaign performance.
Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience with WellnessLiving Mindbody Go High Level or other CRMs/automation platforms.

Strong understanding of email workflows triggers and drip campaigns.

Knowledge of segmentation personalization and lead nurturing.

Basic copywriting/design skills (Canva or HTML email editors).

Analytical mindset with ability to interpret reports.

Excellent written communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with fitness/wellness/health industry CRMs.

SMS automation knowledge.

Familiarity with Zapier or API integrations.

A/B testing & conversion optimization.
