Title: Senior Program Manager Women in Philanthropy and Tiffany Circle
Location: Anywhere in the US
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
The Fundraising Programs and Segment Strategy unit is the central office through which high-quality consistent fundraising programs and platforms are created that reflect the organizations fundable strategic opportunities. It is also the primary office through which individual corporate and foundation donor strategies are developed to maximize fundraising locally regionally nationally and globally. This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
To support individual fundraising and deliver value to fundraising relationship managers the Senior Program Manager for Women in Philanthropy and Tiffany Circle will co-lead the development planning and implementation of fundraising programs focused on womens giving and the Tiffany Circle. The Senior Program Manager will serve as an organizational expert on individual fundraising and drive toward the national individual fundraising target. S/he will work closely with key volunteer donors staff leaders and fundraising teams across the country to support their fundraising efforts providing resources tools and best practices as well as monitoring progress towards goals. Experience in individual fundraising is necessary. Experience with Loyalty Circles donor-advised funds womens philanthropy and fundraising program design and management preferred.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
Experience: Minimum 7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
Skills & Abilities: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of program or service. Demonstrated ability in creating presentations and developing training modules. Excellent oral and communication skills including training and presentations. Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills. Develop project plans budgets and strategies to achieve organizational goals. Demonstrated leadership skills tact and diplomacy and ability to build consensus. Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple perspectives to achieve program goals. Demonstrate analytical and decision-making skills to develop creative processes for continuous program or service improvements. Intermediate level proficiency with MS Office software including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook. Ability to work on a team.
Travel: Travel may be required.
Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this Job the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop kneel crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The work environment will consist of moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers phones and printers light traffic). The employee must have the ability to work in a small cubicle and have the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

SALARY INFORMATION: The salary range for this position is $Note that the American Red Cross sets salary ranges aligned to a specific geographic location in which the work is performed.
