The salary range(s) represents our good faith estimate for the role at this time. While we strive to provide competitive and transparent compensation there may be circumstances where an offer is above or outside of the listed range. We are open to discussing salary expectations with qualified candidates considering factors such as the candidates qualifications skills competencies experience and geographic location will all be considered during the hiring process.
The Manager Learning & Development leads the design implementation and management of organization-wide training programs tools and systems that support both internal and external learning needs. This includes oversight of onboarding compliance training credentialing eLearning development vendor partnerships and the Learning Management System (LMS). This role ensures training content is current audit ready and aligned with both regulatory requirements and business objectives.
This position leads a team of training professionals and partners closely with business units compliance and subject matter experts to build a culture of learning and operational excellence.
